We ask that you refer to your new home warranty packet to help determine what is and is not covered before submitting a warranty claim. Also, you should have received a helpful list of vendor partners and tradesmen for you to reference. This list can be found in your new home warranty packet and will come in handy should the warranty concern you have be related to one of these areas. In addition, certain trade partners may have additional warranties beyond the one-year builder’s warranty Royalcrest Builders offers.
